EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY
1. Unworn/unwashed garments can be exchanged within 10 days of purchase with their original receipt & tag.
2. No exchanges/refunds/claims can be made on discounted products.
3. If any item purchased at full price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the marked down price.
4. Claims on previous season’s stock will not be entertained.
5. Any claim pertaining to the same season will be processed within 15 working days after quality inspection.
6. Exchange for sunglasses, shoes & accessories will not be entertained due to hygienic reasons.
7. Read care label inside the garment.
8. Specifically for online purchases:
a. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, return the product and get Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs) for future purchases, within 10 days of receiving your order. No requests will be entertained after 10 days of purchase.
b. Online Store Credit means you can return your purchase and utilize the same amount for a later purchase.
c. Items will be sent back after request is approved through courier. Shipping costs will not be part of the exchange or claim.
d. Shipping costs will only be refunded for online purchases if:
- The item was damaged when received by the customer
- The wrong item was delivered
- Promotional free shipping is being offered
In all other cases you will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us.
e. Online orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
f. Currently we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for international online orders.
